Stainless Steel & Solid Poly Box
​
Our box features a 1/2" thick High Density Solid Poly Floor and 3/4" thick Solid Poly sides for easy cleaning and minimal freeze up. Also, less friction means less force needed to pull the load off. Box flares and side panel retainers are made of SAE 304 Stainless Steel that resists rust and corrosion. This box is built to last!
Beaters

Equipped with double horizontal beaters, our feeder wagon ensures thorough, consistent mixing of all materials, delivering a uniform blend.
Pintle Chain Apron

​ A Single 667XH Pintle Apron Chain is our standard apron on this unit. The open barrel design helps eliminate buildup in the root of the sprockets and features smoother operation, uniform link wear and greater resistance to fatigue. All heat-treated parts and quad-staked pins.​

Channel is 3/16" Thick x 2" Wide x 1" Tall.
Hydraulic Apron
​
The hydraulic apron drive allows the operator to match the spreading rate and pattern with the manure consistency by varying the speed of the apron. Speed can be adjusted by a manual flow control valve at the front of the spreader.
Optional Scale Kit
​Keep track of how much feed you’re adding with an optional scale kit system by Digi-Star. The 3-point load cell system offers accurate weight readings to the EZ2500 V Monitor.

Optional Chute Magnet

For added protection, our feeder wagons can be equipped with an optional chute magnet.  This feature helps capture stray metal fragments before feed is distributed reducing the risk of injury to livestock.​
